The gym is clean, quiet and has top of the line equipment.But what really sets this gym experience apart from others is the people who work there. Speaking from personal experience, Brandon is the best—he is kind, he is patient, he is knowledgeable, and he is incredibly thoughtful in the workouts he programs for his clients. He has specific reasons for every exercise he asks you to perform, and those reasons always align with client goals. He is attentive and gives 100 percent of himself to his clients at every single session. I look forward to my twice weekly workouts with Brandon, even if I struggle to use my arms and legs the next day, and I have never felt better.Highly recommend checking this gym out, whether it’s for their group classes or for private sessions.
