★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This gym has honestly helped me through so much over the past year! I’ve known Rachel for a few years and followed her around (that’s how much I loved her 🤍) but took a bit of a break to deal with some life things. When I showed up last year to try to get back into a routine, I started doing a beginning small group lift class with Liz. Began working with Liz on nutrition to make sure I was fueling my body properly & staying consistent. I then moved up to StrongHer with Rachel and have tried all the other classes available and love them. This gym gave me a safe place to focus on my health while creating such amazing bonds with others. Everyone here is extremely welcoming & uplifting no matter what stage of your journey you are on. I’m so excited to continue to be a part of this community and I HIGHLY recommend joining! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would 🤩
April 08 · Melanie StoneJoined back in 2023 when they first opened this location. I love the variety of classes. Kickboxing is my favorite. RIPD, LYFT, Tight & Tone, Yoga, High/Yo. Something for everyone! The coaches and other members are welcoming and inclusive and will always be there to help you modify a movement if needed and provide encouragement.

The coaches are not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely dedicated to helping each member reach their personal goals. They meet you where you are—no matter your fitness level—and guide you toward building strength and improving mobility in a safe, effective way. What truly sets this gym apart is the community. It's a supportive, welcoming, and kind environment where you feel encouraged every step of the way. The smaller class sizes also mean you get personalized attention, which makes a big difference in your progress.
March 27 · Brian WebsterI absolutely love this gym! The coaches are incredibly positive and motivating, making every workout a fantastic experience. It's truly a phenomenal place to get fit – you should definitely give it a try
July 08 · Jennifer GottbrehtIf you’re looking for a safe and fun space to learn and get strong (both mentally and physically), this is it! Owners and coaches Rachel and Liz have created a space for people of all shapes and sizes to work out together and encourage one another. The “secret sauce” of this gym is the community of encouragers just waiting to cheer you on as you hit your goals! I used to be intimidated by gyms and barbells and weight lifting, but now I feel more confident in my skills and my ability to continue to learn and do hard things!Come for the dancing, kickboxing, weight lifting, etc and stay for the amazing coaches and friends you will make along the way!!!!
