Nice, organized open gym area with a rig, squat racks, benches, deadlift areas, etc (they refer to this as red) and also looked like a great open area with turf for classes (they refer to this as green). I met Rich, Heather, and Meg. All were super nice. Other gym members were also great when I had questions about equipment and their gym etiquette. Rich also has a ton of strongman equipment there and was more than willing to help me out with any of it. My programming didn't call for any of it this week, but I know where I will go if I am ever back in the area and need to get my training in!

Heather and Ross took me in and taught me how to feel confident when working out. After a few years away, I came back and was greeted with the biggest hug from Heather! It was like I had never left. This is a community and I am proud to be a part of it. I always recommend GH2 to my family and friends!

The owner is unbelievably helpful and understanding. It's also a good place to go to get a high intensity work out. It has motivated me to do better. I highly recommend trying this gym. As far as safety around these tough times... they sanitized everything I touched before and after. They are extremely safe and motivating! :)
