The coaches are very motivating and invested in helping you reach your goals. The workouts are always different, high intensity, and more challenging than what I was used to. I came from primarily a yoga/running background and was looking to get more into strength training. I was pretty intimidated when I signed up for my first class because I had zero barbell experience, but Dina, Al, Ediz and the rest of the coaches made me feel taken care of from Day 1. They emphasize a form-first approach to coaching which is important to me. Two years in and I'm now regularly doing 85lb Clean & Press!The people who workout here are a multifaceted community of curious, creative, growth-oriented humans. And the workouts are designed to challenge you as much mentally as they do physically. They're often structured around a theme inspired by art/music/books/sports/etc which is one of my favorite parts. One time the workout was written to an entire rock album (NIN), and the protocol changed with each song. Definitely one of my faves.It's been a transformative experience for me, and I'm in the best shape of my life all thanks to this crew. Definitely worth checking out.
