June 27 · David BuczekWhat a wonderful place to come and get your workout in! Staff is amazing! The owner John is very helpful, great workout coach, and holds the gym to a high standard with keeping up with cleanliness. Atmosphere is great if you’re wanting to workout or having a bad day and just want to get away this is the place to go. This is definitely a 5 star gym.
March 13 · Joseph ColemanI LOVE Full Spectrum Fitness! I was introduced to John Brandt, the owner, as someone I thought was going to give me magic diet pills. Somehow I signed up for three personal training sessions a week. That was three years ago! John is an excellent trainer. I even count him among my friends. My whole body has been completely transformed from doughy to toned. I get compliments all the time! The gym itself is fantastic. I used to work out at Planet Fitness, but the equipment’s far superior , and the people are much friendlier at Full Spectrum. If you’re looking for a new gym, this is it!
March 19 · Meagan AlgerFull Spectrum is the place to go if you want results. The owner John knows his stuff and will guide you in the right direction. I've been training with Mose for the past 3 years and it's been such a pleasure working with him. They are both very professional and welcoming, which is why I'd recommend this gym and wouldn't think of going elsewhere.
March 28 · Donald GalinskiI signed up for a $50/month membership here and was told cancellations require one month's notice — which I fully respected. My membership renewed on the 17th of each month, so I went in person on April 17 to speak directly with the owner and cancel. I was told I’d still be charged for the May cycle, but after that, I’d be done. Then on May 18, I saw I was charged again. I went back in to ask why, and the owner claimed “I don’t recall that conversation,” and said there was no record of my cancellation — basically calling me a liar. I told him clearly that I had spoken with him on April 17, exactly one month before the next charge. He still refused to take responsibility.I stayed calm the entire time and tried to explain the situation reasonably, but he kept interrupting, yelling over me, and escalating things. I never raised my voice — he did, right from the beginning. It was a terrible way to treat someone who was just trying to resolve an issue. After I left a review explaining what happened, the owner called me the next morning, directly called me a liar over the phone, threatened to charge me more for leaving a bad review, and said he could sue me for defamation. He wouldn't even allow me to talk unless I took the review down first. One other reviewer also mentioned being charged after giving proper notice to cancel. The gym equipment and atmosphere for serious lifting is great, I'd say it's the best place to go in the area for that. Good barbells, SSB, swiss bar, great dumbbells and machines too. And the owner was a nice guy until this issue, which made me assume he would own up to his mistake and solve it.
