★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1What started as a one-time workout, turned into a week, turned into a month, and then turned into 8 months of taking 4-6 classes a week and getting into some of the best shape I’ve been in since my early twenties.Whether you are a novice, who is doubtful if CrossFit really is for you (like I was), or an advanced athlete, FRSC will be a great home for you. The owner Tom does a great job with his programming and provides scales so that all athletes can thrive. Shout out to Bailey who is an excellent coach, human, and athlete. The gym facility is awesome, very well equipped, and the cleanest CF gym I’ve ever seen. The culture is inclusive, supportive, and fun, with just the right level of competitiveness (if you’re looking for that).Overall, highly recommend this gym and sad it’s not located closer to where I live.
April 15 · Martin SchubertThanks to this gym I've never felt stronger! The workouts push me to be the best I can be, but if something is too hard I can always scale it down to something that suits me better. The coaches are so helpful and there for you cheering you on. Everyone I've met there has been so kind to me, I feel like a part of the gym family. Very happy with the results and the facility! It's just so much fun!
May 12 · Veronica WandasiewiczIt took a long time to find my spot, but this place feels like home. The people here are encouraging of other athletes and the coaches give you the attention you need … even if you’re not in need. Tom, Bailey, and Molly are all expert coaches. I feel well watched and my needs are being met by all three. The programming is done in a way that can be easily scaled to my level. I know I’m making gains and look forward to increased strength and mobility. I’m really enjoying my time at Fox River Strength and Conditioning.
May 12 · Shannon DrewSince joining FRSC I’ve become the strongest and most consistent I’ve ever been, thanks to the exceptional coaching and well-structured programming. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, ensuring that each workout is both challenging and safe. The community is welcoming and motivating, making every session enjoyable and rewarding. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to elevate their fitness journey.
April 14 · Diego PerezWorking with Tom has been a great choice. I would not have been able to get the results I got without him. The workouts are always challenging but never repetitive, and he knows exactly how to pushThe gym itself is a great environment— clean & well-equipped.Thanks Tom
