The studio is bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light and high quality, well maintained equipment. Terrance is super personable and made us feel very comfortable and like long time clients, asking about our goals and guiding us through each movement with personalized adjustments and expert coaching. I walked out feeling strong and confident, and I’ll be signing up for a package soon!
July 19 · Courtney DuglissI took Lace’s mat class and absolutely loved it! It didn’t require any equipment, which made it really accessible and easy to jump into, but it was still a great workout. Lace was such a great instructor, her cueing was clear and she gave really helpful personal instruction throughout the class. The whole vibe was super positive and encouraging. I left feeling strong and energized. Would definitely recommend!

The small class sizes allow for individual attention and corrections which have been super helpful as a newbie to reformer Pilates. I keep coming back and have recommend the studio to many people!

I go about twice a week, Terrance is a great instructor and helps you wherever you’re at in your Pilates journey! It’s such a nice a clean environment, good music and vibes. There’s only 4 people at a time which I love because I struggled in the bigger Pilates classes. I would highly recommend this place if you’re really wanting to take your fitness journey seriously and see results! You will feel the burn after each class!
