I first started coming to Christine for personal training but loved my experience there so much I continued my training through her classes she offers. I love that she pushes me to challenge myself while also being very supportive. I even got my mom to start coming with me too and she enjoys it just as much as I do. Highly recommend Christine if you’re interested in personal training and the strength training classes she offers!

Christine is the owner and trainer here at for from the ground up. She also has other trainer but what I love about her is that she makes sure you succeed. She never low balls your workout. She does what it takes to do that you get results fast and efficiently. It’s amazing the result she gets you with only training for one hour a day. As a business owner time is super valuable. She get straight to the point and get you going as soon as you walk in with warming up and making sure you roll it out😆 super highly recommended! So if your looking to take your training to a whole other level this is the place !

I'll have to admit, it's the first time I've ever had a personal trainer but my experience has been fantastic. I've seen more results in 6 months then I have in many years of going to a regular gym on my own. She has classes to fit many budgets. For me, personal training was a good fit because I needed more guidance on what I was doing. What I love best about her is that she works with any injuries you might have. She has given me so many tips and exercises on how to alleviate pain. If I'm feeling extra painful, she works around how if feeling so that I don't exacerbate any injuries. We've even done entire sessions just on stretching! I would never get this in a regular gym.For me, the cost of working with Christine is worth it because I'm investing in my health and future. That's worth more to me than any cosmetic procedure, fancy car, etc. I'm gonna sign up with her for another 6 months and hopefully, for many more years to come!

I have been with Christine for over a year and my progress would have been impossible without her.When I first met Christine, I was dealing with debilitating back issues. With her help and the use of her many resources, my progress with both with my back and strength training (and of course, losing inches) has been significant and steady. She has been incredibly patient working with me when back issues re-emerge, but she has been incredibly helpful in getting me back to working order.She is also very flexible with scheduling. She works with you to ensure you're able to make your sessions and make up sessions as necessary.Christine is willing to put in the work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals. Thanks to her, I am much stronger now than when I first met her. I'm excited to see further progress and what the future holds.

Great space, great trainer, Christine will help you get the results you’ve been wanting. I’ve tried a few things and nothing has worked as efficiently and as quickly as training with Christine.
