You don’t have to think about what you need to do, just come in, pick a spot, and follow the instructions. Each day is something different and works different muscle groups. Great balance of cardio and strength workouts. Coaches are also great at helping you modify workouts if you have an injury or can’t quite do the specific exercise yet.
