The different weight options and modifications ensure that everyone can push through a workout within their own limits. However, he made sure to pay special attention to all the females there. Another trainer will only talk to you if you’re part of her clique otherwise you’re on your own.The space is small and not cleaned very well when I was there. The music is loud so it’s hard to concentrate on your form. TVs that do most of the training sometimes don’t work.The workouts are all about quick movements and heavy weights. This on top of the trainers not training or showing proper form to all of the members it leaves attendees prone for injury.I ended up leaving because of these issues and more. I’ve unsubscribed from their emails to cut all ties nearly a year ago. However in the last 24 hours I have received 5 emails trying to get me to rejoin.
