I can’t tell you how wonderful the trainers at the bel air location are!! I’d tell you my favorite but well there aren’t any.. all of them have been wonderful !! Feeling more like 54 now !!!

I’m now 58 years old and while I still have the usual aches and pains that com naturally with getting older, joining F45 has drastically reduced that. We attend the 7 am class 5-6 times a week. The coaches and trainers are so knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. If there is a particular exercise you are unable to do, they suggest similar but alternatives exercises. The friends we have made at F45 is also another reason we love this gym so much. Everyone is a like a big family. If you are tired of your same old mundane exercise routine, and are looking for a change, F45 is your answer. The classes are never the same so there’s no muscle memory to stunt your gains.
