Everything is timed, so these workouts are great for all fitness levels. I was super nervous to come to my first class because I was worried that I was not "in shape enough", but I am so glad I did! They charge you for a missed class and the cancelation period to avoid charges of 15 bucks, is three hours… so if you’re planning on doing a 7am class, you have to set an alarm at 4am if you want to cancel. That’s all on top of a nearly 200 dollar a month fee. If they change the system to one hour cancelations, most of my gripes would be fixed.Just be sure to either not sign up for classes beforehand, or make sure you go when you sign up… they charge you even if the class isn’t full.

The coaches are great and help a ton with form. The music is incredible and helps keep your mind off how hard you’re working. The equipment is set-up perfectly for seamless use. The gym is extremely welcoming and I’m so happy to have found it as I re-enter my workout journey!
