Pilates is one of those things for me - never looked into it, wasn't sure how it could benefit me or whether the sessions would be 'worth it'Turns out, as a runner, I *really* need it in my life! Flexibility, strength and resistance are all good things for any body of any age. Lindsay listens to where you're at with your comfort level and adjusts every workout to meet your needs. There are so many creative combinations she comes up with.So give it a try. It's a comfortable setting with 1-on-1 instruction and personal attention. I personally intend to keep taking classes from Lindsay into the new year!
