This place is the absolute best. Hector is so invested in making sure you get the best possible workout. I broke my foot in December and he has modified my workouts to fit my situation until I heal. I haven’t missed a workout 🏋️♀️. I highly recommend this place to anyone! It is such a welcoming and supportive community. I am so glad I joined!
