★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The hot yoga was much needed and the instructor was super friendly and welcoming. My boy friend was opposed to it at first but loved his first session! We're going to become members now and do hot yoga more frequently. It was very relaxing but intense at the same time. The studio is also aesthetically pleasing which makes the experience even better and so happy we tried this place out! Excited to become members and embrace our yoga journey.
July 27 · Wendy AzucenaIt’s exactly what I was looking for, and then some! I’ve never experienced a class like Alana’s; it was so peaceful and calming. I even tried hot yoga for the first time, something I thought I’d never do, but I loved it and I’m going back today. Everyone here has been so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
August 21 · Carmen WhitefordSuper friendly staff and students! The studio was so clean! It's a very serene atmosphere and beautifully decorated! My instructor Tara was amazing! This was my first hot yoga class and I can’t wait to come back for more!
May 26 · Denise HauptmanI've had the pleasure of attending 3 hot yoga classes at various times. Every class was wonderfully crafted, challenging without being intimidating and the perfect blend of work and ease. The staff and all the other students were all friendly and welcoming. I'm in Fredericksburg a few times a year and I will definitely be back!!
July 31 · Coach SimchahI am visiting from Washington state, I am visiting my boyfriend who lives in the area. The studio was very welcoming, the instructor was very easy to understand, I didn't feel lost. I am excited that I found a studio to attend when I come visit. It was a great experience. Extremely clean! I love I didn’t need to rent a mat, they have them available for use and you sanitize them after the class. It was amazing! I did register for my class 3 weeks in advance just because I knew while I was visiting I would like to do a yoga class, but my class was full! So if you’re local my assumption is the classes fill up fast so book ahead of time.I wish there was a smaller punch pass because I would love to attend more than one class on my visit but a 10 punch that expires in 6 months would be difficult. My home yoga studio in Seattle has 10-8-5 punch passes and it would offer a variety especially for those who can't commit to the 10 punch.Otherwise absolutely amazing yoga studio!
