Within hours of meeting Jermey amd making the plunge at Worthy Health and Fitness I knew I made the best choice I've made for myself and my health in the last 6 years! Injury is not an option for me, my living depends on that. Jeremy took the time to do a very thorough intake assessing my goals, my apprehensions and my prevalent health history. Since starting with Jermey 3 weeks ago at onoy 30mins 3x a week the pain patterns that I was beginning to develop are absolved. I feel that my workouts are ideal everytime I go in. I'd even dare to say that my results are already producing visible change. Beyond this, the atmosphere of the gym is in everyway welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to join a community that is focused on helping you help yourself become stronger and improving your overall physical well-being. I will definitely be maintaining this program formthe foreseeable future!
