They make sure that you are pushing yourself (safely) to improve from week to week. CrossFit South Shore is also a place where you get to learn. Every time you do an exercise or lift a weight you are given cues on how to improve technique to get the most out of your work. The staff is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and how it relates to your goals.
