August 24 · Aus SI have recently joined CrossFit Koinonia and it was the best decision I could’ve made for my fitness journey going forward. Unlike any other gym out there, this feels more like a personalized workout plan to your own individual needs. I found that it doesn’t matter what experience level anyone is at because every workout can be scaled differently dependent on what fitness level you are at. I have only been going about a month, but I have already seen progress and results which will keep me coming back. I will not only be coming back every week for the killer workouts but also for the incredible community and atmosphere Charles and his wife have brought to Crossfit Koinonia. I’d highly recommend this gym and its worth just stopping by to try out a class and see what its about.
