CrossFit can be very intimidating to people who have never experienced it. However, it's literally for everyone. Everyone trains at their own personal level. That's the beauty of it! December 13 · Scott SchillingDropped into class on the weekend. The owner was very sweet and kind. I started to have knee pain and the workout had a lot of lower body so I was going to leave. She gave me alternatives moments and talked me through them.She loves what she does and those kind of people are who you want to learn from and be around. Highly recommended!
October 20 · Caroline CrumpI used to be a member in 2018 and I've recently joined again because I need to take charge of my health. I'm exhausted but a good exhausted. I have energy and I'm pushing myself to get my strength back. Darrin, does not push you if you cannot do it. He simply suggest another way to do the exercises that would be comfortable to you with less stress. I'll stick with it this time. Come on down and get in shape.
December 27 · Tyra GAwesome group of people to work with. My wife had some reservations at first but through Their mentoring and encouragement my wife continued to go. After six weeks she has seen significant improvement with her knees that she has issues with. She can do full squats now and no longer needs to use the railing to aid her going up steps. She dropped 11 pounds in 5 weeks and is looking forward to continue going.
November 04 · cowdreyfamilyMy kids (10 and 12) are LOVING the teen crossfit class, both ask to go! My husband was pleasantly suprised with the level of the workout (ie it's really a workout!). Both kids are active in sports and this is a great supplement and bridge between sport seasons to keep active, love the "class card" so if a game or practice is the same day we can make it up in another week. They doconditioning, talk about healthy eating, cardio, strength work outs! I am so.glad I signed the kids up and I am so happy they enjoy it!
