June 17 · Lily YeeFavorite place to attend workout classes in LA area! Neill and Katie are the best instructors. Both have different styles and approaches but want to help you succeed, and you can feel it from their energy. I usually attend the CSX classes -- they're high intensity classes with heavy weightlifting, cardio, yoga, and laughs. Genuinely cannot recommend these two teachers enough. Though I no longer live in California, I incorporate lessons and practices I learned through them in my own workouts. I hope to be back in town again soon!! Til then I will continue to CorePower across the country. Thanks for such great experiences, y'all :)
March 25 · Alexandra PhilippsI really enjoyed my experience at CorePower Yoga. The instructors are knowledgeable, grounded, and bring great energy to each class. The studio itself feels clean and uplifting with a warm community vibe. Weather you're experienced or just starting your yoga journey, this space feel welcoming and inspiring. I always leave feeling stronger in the more balanced.
July 30 · Shannon ChangI did not do yoga at the studio, but at one of their free classes in partnership with Vuori in Old Pasadena. I thought Erica was a great yoga teacher for all the different levels of yogis in her power flow. I really loved her teaching and vibe!
September 07 · Jason GuoLove the Pasadena CPY! Took Vera's sculpt class and it was fun and kept you on your toes! Great spacing and sweat! Parking is easy and everyone is so nice! Highly recommend practicing here :)
