★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have taken a few classes here over the past few months. Location isn't great (parking wise), but the interior is clean and compact. There's showers and many lockers. Be sure to bring your own lock, yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. One of the best classes I took was the Sculpt with Skye. Truly a rejuvenating and high energy session! It was heated, and I was feeling the burn. The room sizes are smaller than other studios, so if you like a little more intimate yoga class... these rooms maybe hold 20 people max?Conveniently walking distance to Whole Foods, Caltrain, and a coffee shop :)
August 11 · Alisa B.We love trying CPY studios in different cities because we know we will always get a good class, as expected!
August 29 · Karla KyteToday was my first time ever trying hot yoga. It was one of The best workout classes I've ever had. And the instructor Jamie made yoga so much fun. And the music she picked out made it. She's a total pro. I'll definitely be back.
April 13 · Michael MAs a former CPY instructor I wouldn’t recommend DTSJ. Every time I take a class here I leave disappointed for different reasons. The most recent instructor asked for feedback right after savasana, so after class I asked (as all instructors are taught- we always ask if we can give feedback first) if I could provide her feedback around establishing a flow and getting the asanas down first before adding blocks and straps for up-leveling and she dismissed me saying I didn’t have to use props and “that’s how she prefers it.” Had she offered variations or the ability to not use props, that would’ve been helpful, especially when warming up in the first 10 minutes of class.I was going to provide further feedback, but after such a write off, I’d rather take CPY classes at the Santa Clara and Campbell studios instead. I didn’t even have the heart to tell her that I actually taught at this same studio when it first opened.
March 26 · Allison Dea- Kempthe 6:30 AM classes are the worst, I uber to this place and I was one minute late and the doors were shut down and the instructor at 6:30 AM doesn’t even teach that great.
