I never did strength training before, but the instructors are helpful and encouraging. One of my favorite things that makes Conquer so fun is when I see the instructors having fun while training us--it really makes me smile and gives me energy even as I'm dying and sweating my life away 🤣😍 after going an avg of 4x a week since August, I can see myself getting stronger and that's also motivating too :D Whether you like regimented classes or are new to working out with weights, I highly recommend coming to try Conquer at least once!
