A lot of fight gyms sometimes focus more on developing pro fighters, so hobbyists and normal people don’t get the opportunity to really learn essential defense technique. I remember my first day at CCK, I already am getting head movement and blocking integrated into combinations, which is fantastic. Super friendly and chill staff; highly recommend them!!

I couldn’t find any good kickboxing gym in SF so as soon I moved back to South Bay, I enrolled again!The gym itself is clean, organized, and has all the equipment you need. They offer a wide range of classes from kickboxing/Muay Thai, K1 Dutch styles, BJJ/Judo, and weightlifting.
