The facility is very clean! I purchased a membership the same day because I have never enjoyed a work out as much as this!! Polly and Jill are instructors I see regularly and they are both so very knowledgeable and kind. They immediately put my nerves to rest, and make you feel welcomed! I've had 4 babies (via c section) and recently went through surgery to repair a muscle separation, Pilates has helped so much with building back my core strength. Give it a shot if you've considered going, you won't regret it!
