The studio is roomy with a fun blue and pink interior. The vibe was very cool. Front desk reception was friendly. Maria’s 1.5 class did not disappoint. We did some choreo that I haven’t done before. It was challenging and Maria was very good with her direction and hands on adjustments. See you again soon!!!

Classes vary slightly to keep it flowing and I always leave feeling good about moving my body! I particularly love Monday night classes with Clementine and Tuesdays with Christina - they host consistently good classes and are so nice!
