Club Pilates Sappington specializes exclusively in apparatus-based Pilates, offering a curriculum of nine signature class types across four skill levels to target various fitness goals. All classes utilize the Reformer and other studio apparatus:
- CP Reformer Flow: The signature, contemporary class that strengthens and lengthens the entire body, flowing between the Reformer, Springboard, EXO-Chair, and Mat.
- CP Cardio Sculpt: A high-energy, low-impact class using the Pilates jumpboard for plyometric, aerobic movement against spring tension, offering cardio without stressing the joints.
- CP Center + Balance: A class focused on light movement and deep stretching, utilizing apparatus assistance to re-center and balance the body, leaving you feeling long and loose.
- CP Control: This class incorporates functional, standing movements, often using the Springboard, gliding discs, and fitness balls to sculpt the legs and glutes, enhancing strength and balance for everyday life.
- CP Suspend: An athletic fusion class that combines Reformer Pilates with the TRX® suspension training system to challenge stability, strength, coordination, and mobility.
- CP F.I.T. (Functional Interval Training): A blend of high-intensity, calorie-blasting cardio and lower-intensity, Pilates-based strength training for maximized results and stamina.
- CP Restore: A unique class combining Reformer movements with functionally programmed foam rolling (TriggerPoint™ therapy myofascial release) to repair muscles and joints, reduce soreness, and increase performance.
- Intro Class: A complimentary 30-minute, full-body session for newcomers to experience the Reformer and familiarize themselves with the studio.
- Private Training: One-on-one sessions for highly customized guidance, often used for those with injuries or specific advanced goals.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been a member here for almost a year and truly enjoy the classes. The workouts are great, and the ladies at the front desk are always so kind, welcoming, and helpful, which I really appreciate. That said, I’ve had some disappointing experiences with certain instructors (Kristin and Amy) At times, they can be short or even rude over simple mistakes, missed steps, or when it’s hard to hear instructions from the back of the room. On one occasion, I was called out in front of the class for not following instructions when I genuinely couldn’t hear, and I found that very unprofessional and discouraging. It’s unfortunate because I’ve loved the workouts and the environment otherwise, but after my last experience, I don’t think I’ll be continuing here and will be looking for another studio.
September 09 · Enisa OmI took my first class on Sunday. Kristin was an excellent instructor. Easy to follow direction. The class was challenging which I was very pleased with. It’s hard to get in classes but that’s the only thing that I’m not happy with. I was only able to book 6 classes in my month of 8 classes. I hope they open up more classes so it’s easier to book. This is a great studio with excellent instructors.
July 01 · Ann HammerI’ve had such a fantastic experience at Club Pilates Crestwood! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and supported. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always attentive to proper form and individual needs. Every class feels like a perfect balance of challenge and fun, and I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. The studio is clean, well-organized, and has a great energy. I genuinely look forward to every session and couldn’t recommend it more!
May 23 · Anna BTheir hours and classes offered made it difficult for me to use my membership as I have a newborn and need to find childcare which is difficult. I was one day late to cancel and front desk staff told me I could get the following months membership fee waived considering it as only one day passed and I explained my situation. I was so very thankful and relieved until the location reached back out to me and said they would in fact charge me leaving me with two months of payment for a service they know I cannot use at this time. I understand policies exist but I do not appreciate the lying and taking back their word and unwillingness help members.
September 02 · Andria SeymourI rarely leave reviews but I’m appalled by what happened today. Leigh, the instructor, was extremely rude. She failed to offer options to make exercises more or less challenging. When I adjusted the springs to make something harder, she straight-up yelled at me in front of everyone: ‘NEVER do that in a Club Pilates class! That’s dangerous!’ and I was so utterly shocked I can’t even remember what else she said while reprimanding a paying client. It was unnecessary, awkward, and made the whole class uncomfortable. She did try to apologize at the end, but she was extremely condescending. I’ve been to hundreds of fitness classes, I was an instructor myself years ago and I’ve never witnessed such a thing.A few more notes: the women at the front desk are wonderful, if only they were trained instructors. Second, most of their instructors could work on positive reinforcements and better constructive criticism whether it’s form, or simply because people can’t hear them.I will never return to this studio, and seeing other reviews about rude instructors is not surprising.
