My worry was just starting in at a gym and being forced to jump up and down and hurting myself and then stop the process. I decided to try Pilates due to the positive i put I had from varies people of higher fitness levels. I tried and loving it. About 6 weeks into it I feel stronger and haven't had any injuries, also my knee and back issues have gone away. I am excited about getting healthy again and enjoy working out. The distance and time commitment is perfect and Lily has the best classes, you will definitely work up a sweat and feel great about yourself walking out
