I love the pace of her classes and for me it’s the perfect level for a little bit of a newbie trying to commit more to Pilates. I love the overall space as well! It’s very clean and has a good energy. I would highly recommend trying out this studio and one of Gabriela’s classes!

She pays close attention to each student, making sure we’re able to follow along and gently correcting our form when needed. Every minute of the session is purposeful, Her classes are both effective and enjoyable.

She’s super attentive, always making sure you’re doing the moves right without being overly critical. She explain things clearly, keep the energy positive, and somehow make even the toughest sessions feel fun and doable. You can tell she care about helping you get stronger and feel good in your body. Plus, she’s great at adjusting things to fit your level, so it never feels overwhelming.
