April 23 · Loyde PiresI try to take Leeza’s Suspend 1.5 every Monday at 6pm—I literally swap shifts with a colleague just so I don’t miss it. Leeza is fantastic! she watches my form closely, pushes me past what I think I can do, and always comes prepared with fresh exercises that hit every muscle group. Btw, Leeza was the instructor for my 30 min intro session, and I signed up for a membership right after it . Big shoutout as well to Maria, Cassie, and Sarah—they’re great too! I’m so happy I joined this studio! Thank you for making me stronger!

This was my 5th class at club Pilates and I finally feel like I am getting used the exercises and I feel stronger compared to when I first started.
