I’m now in my fifth month with Club Pilates Bettendorf and they have exceeded my expectations. I can see a noticeable difference in my strength, posture, balance, flexibility as well as relieved pain in my hips and joints. This is challenging but very easily modified for your ability. I’ve enjoyed all the instructors and especially love Madeline and Jolene. They bring the best energy to class! Highly recommend you give them a try!
