September 27 · ninaThe instructors for the Stations classes explain the stations as set up for the class (different every week) and keeps a close eye on us all for form or in need of modifications. The new and first timers are especially cared for. The participants are all courteous and helpful if asked. Post class I feel marvelous and as a bonus, sleep very well that night.Today I had instructor Jada. Friendly, clear demos and circulated throughout the class effectively. Plus, great music.
