I’ve been taking weekly private duet lessons from Sarah for a year and she has remained as focused and attentive on our personal fitness requirements for over a year. She makes every class interesting so it never gets boring, has inspiring music, and adjusts to the different levels that my daughter and I are at as needed. I started off doing virtual sessions with Sarah during the pandemic and got hooked to Pilates, and eventually started doing 1 hr in person sessions with her every week.
