Our little guy has never been to daycare so we were nervous, but they held him through the first few days until he was ready to venture out on his own to play. He looks forward to going to “bootcamp” everyday, and my husband and I get a little alone time while he plays. I just cannot say enough good things about Burn! We truly love it here.P.S. we LOVED the kid workouts and all of the kids activities yall provide!! Please do more kids bootcamps ❤️

The sense of community and belonging no matter your level of fitness and your age it’s such a warm welcoming no matter the camp time you go to, the guidance you receive from your trainer is out matched and helps me achieve weight I never thought was possible and especially milestone is celebrated with the whole camp not just yourself, the best part is no more guessing!! Walking in already know what you are doing and having such a easy access to making your workout easier or harder is the best addition of the format of the workouts

I had been going to the gym and weight lifting for years but I needed a change in routine and something more consistent. The trainers here help you to meet your specific goals and tailor different exercises to meet your needs! Every workout is different which keeps it interesting and fun, from strength training to core to conditioning. After a few weeks, I am already seeing a difference in my strength and endurance. Highly recommend for any and all whether you’ve been working out for years or just starting!!

Burns environment is so welcoming and the community they’ve built is unlike something I have ever had at a gym. The trainers really do their best to get to know everyone and what their goals are and help you in any way they can. Not to mention how awesome the other members are. There is constant encouragement during camp and always someone ready to high five you. I cannot recommend this gym enough.

It’s nice to walk right in and have your coach teach a class, so you don’t have to plan out your own workout. Everyone is so nice and encouraging, my coaches really listen to my goals and help keep me. My favorite part is they include childcare services. I have three little kids so for me that’s a huge deal breaker for me to get in workouts. I highly recommend Burn Boot Camp ! #ilovemygym
