August 20 · Yvonne SchabergFor years I’ve worked out daily by myself, just lifting and playing basketball for cardio, both of which I love! I never expected to join something like Burn because I was never into group classes. But when I tried Burn I realized that this is the type of workout I’m missing from my routine, the type I’ll never do by myself lol. And it’s so convenient in only taking up 45 mins! My heart rate is up the entire time and the movements are great, I feel more athletic already. I still lift and hoop to supplement the workouts because I enjoy that, but these could definitely be stand-alone workouts. And on days where this is all I have time for, I still feel really accomplished! Definitely more so than if I had tried to squeeze in a 45 min lifting session. The instructors are amazing, always providing modifications to make exercises more or less intense, and it’s a great community. Grateful for my time here so far!
