Fun, intense classes. I’ve liked most of the instructors but Erica has been my favorite. Her athletic skill really shines through and helps you focus on form. I don’t perspire a lot in general but I sure do in this class! Love that the Stairmasters have fans, Barry’s doesn’t have fans on their treadmills. No showers but beautiful facilities.

Coaches are amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly with a positive attitude and enthusiasm. Erica and the spicy Sunday workout. Deja , Samantha . MAGGIE and the staff at the front desk are always so welcoming and attentive. I would recommend this facility to anyone that would like to step up their fitness level

August 18 · Nita BakhdaI'd never heard of Bunda before I saw a post on Instagram about the opening of their Mar Vista location. I joined and started coming when they opened and have been coming regularly for 3 months now. It's a small studio but that's actually what I love about it. It makes the class and layout straightforward approachable.All the trainers are so great at what they do while bringing amazing energy to their classes. I also have challenges stemming from auto accident injuries and they're always happy to show me a modification or just the extra patience when it's needed, while also encouraging me to push past hesitations, plateaus, or mental blocks about what I can actually do. And bc they are all knowledgeable but imbue classes with their own style, you can absolutely find a class w a trainer whose approach works best for you.The workout is structured in such a way that the time does go by relatively quickly. Sometimes the floor circuit can move quickly, especially if they're incorporating a move the class hasn't done before, but they still take the time to really go thru the different movements and appropriate form w the class, how to get the best out of the floor moves, and they work hard not to rush the transition from floor work to stair master. Stairmaster exercises are challenging but attainable. I didn't know before Bunda how many different ways you can utilize the stairmaster to target different muscle groups and build lower body strength - so it's definitely not just mundane, mindless climbing.I see all different fitness and age levels in each class bc even though we're doing the same moves and variations, everything can be done based on an individual's current abilities. Between this and the knowledge and patience of the trainers, any intimidation I felt the first few times I attended has waned and I'm consistently motivated to show up. As a result, I've seen steady improvement in my strength, overall pain reduction, and physique.It's a great workout and definitely worth trying if you enjoy circuit and/or group fitness classes.
July 30 · Alexandra SebokI’ve been a long time class goer (at other locations and now here) and the classes are consistently focused no matter where you go. I love the consistency to add more heavier lifts and the steady state of it all. Def recommend having your own bunda gear set!
