★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Yogi’s this place is the real deal! Paul is an incredible teacher with unique approaches that make his classes stand out from all the rest. Imagine taking class with a view of the sunset and the sea breeze sweeping right into the studio filling up your lungs. I feel privileged to take class here 🙏🏼
August 26 · Ben CohenYogi Paul is truly a healer! I tried yoga several times before going to Buddhafull Yoga but never stuck with it because I wasn't getting much out of it. I have been going to Buddhafull for almost 3 years. My hip pain went away in the first year. I didn't realize the pain I had in my chest for a couple of days was stress and tension until the chest pain completely went away yesterday during Paul's restorative class. And it hasn't come back. He has groomed a few other instructors at his studio who are also wonderful. You will gain physical strength, spiritual strength, emotional strength, and awareness. I highly recommend him!
April 26 · Sandy QuartuccioWhat can I say about Buddaful Yoga? Words cannot fully describe this magical place. Space where an ordinary person like myself can be magically transformed into something spectacular… physically, mentally, and spiritually. All of this with the support, guidance, and patience of Yoga Paul, master yoga instructor. Buddhafull Yoga is “a Come as you are” kind of place where you’re always greeted with a smile from Paul. This is not just a yoga studio. It is a community where you can feel like you’re part of something totally accepted and encouraged at any level of ability. It truly is.… Thank you, Yoga Paul, for creating such an amazing uplifting and gratifying place to participate and learn.-Kim & Grant
January 06 · Grant AlbrightYoga Paul is a phenomenal teacher who cultivates community in every class. No matter what level class, I feel refreshed and empowered afterwards. You will always be supported and feel comfortable while still being pushed to challenge yourself and improve upon your mobility. I recommend to everyone no matter what style of exercise you prefer, it is amazing for ALL!
December 16 · Elizabeth DiachokAs a group fitness instructor, I am very particular about where I choose to work out. When my last yoga instructor moved away, I was daunted by the task of finding a new one and stumbled upon Buddhafull Yoga. I was instantly hooked on the first class I took with Paul. His careful consideration of each person in his class makes me feel that I can try new things and push myself to the limit, but can also do so safely. To me, the key to a great class is being challenged but not discouraged, and there is no better way to describe Paul’s classes. Each class is full of laughter, reverence, and smiles, which is a nice break from the daily stressors of life. Even more than that, I feel that I am consistently improving each week and growing in strength, balance, and mental clarity. With a large clean studio and extremely generous prices, I recommend this studio to all my friends at all skill levels. Give it a try, because with your first class being free, you have nothing to lose. At a minimum, you’ll improve your yoga practice, but beyond that, you’ll gain a supportive community and haven to breathe a little deeper and think a little clearer.
