★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been coming to Brush Park for about 3 months now, and I cannot say enough good things about the gym. I had kids and pretty much forgot about myself for a few years, so coming back into the gym was really intimidating for me. As soon as I took my first class, I knew that it would not be the case here. Everyone is so kind and supportive. The trainers tailor workouts to my ability but are also not afraid to challenge me. The members and trainers are really great at celebrating everyone and always point out and celebrate my small victories. I can already tell how much stronger I am getting in just a few months. It is definitely the friendliest gym I have ever been to. Once you take a class, everyone knows your name and multiple facts about you. The childcare is also amazing. My daughter asks to come and work out too.
August 31 · Jamie WorsekBrush Park is more than just a gym, it's a community and a safe haven for bodies and minds. The staff is diligent and focused on correct form while also entertaining friendly chatter before/after class depending on the needs of the member(s). Not having to commit to an annual membership via the pay-per-class model is freeing, and the equipment and quality instruction are worth every penny. I bike 25 minutes from my neighborhood to come to this gym because there's truly nothing like it anywhere else!
September 05 · Heather GeiyerBrush Park is a unique place in that people of all skill levels can participate in great classes. I’ve always felt welcome. My kids are sad when we don’t go. And truth be told, I am too. Because I’m getting stronger as part of a lovely community.
August 26 · Ami BhatiaI loved my workout, and the whole space is exceptionally beautiful and clean and bright. Almost too pretty to sweat in. The play area is absolutely amazing for kids, with a climbing wall and play structure, a fun wall to make a marble run, a colorful mural, even a perfect outdoor play space with swings and a spot to safely watch the train. So family friendly and such an amazing resource for the neighborhood! Kids and parents will go nuts for this space and all that happens here, though it's a beautiful gym for those without kiddos too!
December 15 · Reva NelsonBefore attending Brush Park, I had never in my 34 years of existence gone into a gym. June 2025 I decided to at least try, telling myself I could go once and then back out if I was humiliated. I was not optimistic. I am fat and have lasting pain from an old injury, and I was ready to be embarrassed and never go back again. But in terms of where to go, Brush Park seemed like the only choice—as a nonbinary person, I’ve always noticed the way they celebrate diversity and are a proud, queer gym. I figured I would at least be okay in that aspect. And, well, I go all the time now, so it turns out Brush Park was the right choice. :)The instructors at Brush Park have done EVERYTHING to make me feel included. I get helpful feedback, and they check in on me—without making me feel like a burden. (I still apologize too much, and every time they give me a look, like, “Are you serious?”) Although I started from the absolute bottom, I am getting there! I will forever remember the horror I felt when I watched a group of people do a bear crawl like it was nothing. Absolutely surreal, lol. But now I’m down there, too, crawling around! The kindness extends throughout every person at BP—even the people who attend classes will call out to me when I come in, and I’ve started meeting so many of my neighbors and community members I would have never known. There are people who are incredibly fit and lots of beginners like me, and the instructors make workouts we can all do with variations for the Adonises. There is no shame, just encouragement and investment in your success.I have gone from just a regular rat to a gym rat over the summer, and I couldn’t have done it without the support of the lovely people at Brush Park. Special shoutout to Linnea, but truly everyone there is an angel. I am so grateful to be folded into the BP community and recommend it to everyone who wants to workout and laugh and push themselves further.
