They have cultivated an incredible clientele of supportive individuals, so you never feel funny about your fitness level or capabilities. There's a varied offering of classes to keep your routine fresh, the gym is always clean, and there is always someone at the front desk greeting you with a smile. I have never been bummed-out when I can't get to the gym before, but after joining BCF, I genuinely plan my week around getting here as often as I can. 😊

She guided us through a series of intervals, hills, and sprints, keeping the intensity levels just right to challenge us. The music selection was also on point.
