August 02 · Gina BuhrmanBody Grace is by far my favorite studio in Vienna- such a hidden gem! If you've been thinking about attending - go!! When you join body grace or even just show up to one class, you're immediately part of the family. It's a true community with a rare personal touch. I've loved the kettlebell classes with Gina (which helped me get back into a regular workout routine after a major pandemic rut!) and the restorative flow yoga with Paula, but there are so many other options. Highly recommend!
January 24 · Alexandra ShawJust returned to yoga after a 2-year COVID hiatus. So happy I found Body Grace Fitness. The instructors are lovely.Their directions are concise and comprehensive - very useful for doing a proper pose. Poses are modified if you would like to use props and personal helpful corrections are gracefully offered. Studio space is safe and very welcoming. Found my new yoga home!
July 25 · Richard LeiningerBody Grace is a lovely studio and community -- great for all levels and abilities. I took my first ever yoga classes while recovering from surgery and all of the instructors were incredibly helpful and informed. Paula has done a wonderful job.
July 06 · Molly McGinnisI recently moved to Vienna and did a little online research to find this place. I chose to go to the Slow Flow class because I'm new to yoga and also was looking for something more relaxing rather than cardio based. Upon arrival I was greeted by the sweetest woman who was the instructor for that evening. The class was very small and the instructor was amazing, aware of everyones needs and adjusted the class according to how we felt, modifying moves and incorporating some tai chi. The difficulty level was exactly what I was looking for, somewhat challenging in the middle but overall very zen and refreshing. Since it was my first time I was not asked to pay for the class. I will definitely be coming back.
