But I never imagined that they offered so many resources for healing. (and plenty retreats) It is a very safe space to work on yourself and to improve your overall condition. The instructors really care about you and motivate you to become the best version you can be ! I improved my body condition, flexibility, emotional state of mind, and was able to implement healthier habits in my life after coming to Body and Brain. I fell in love with the practice, I highly recommend it to anybody looking for a balance of physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing!
