I had been feeling stressed and overwhelmed, and didn't know what I needed, but one day I walked in and met Master Beatrice. I started out with private tai chi, and yoga sessions, and finally found my place with private meditation. Yes, that was what I needed. A space to turn off and look inward. I always wanted to learn how to meditate, to find the right quiet place, to learn how to find that space inside me that needed tending to. I have been grateful and honored to have found such a talented holistic and gentle healing practitioner as Master Beatrice. I'm growing, healing and learning at every session and making space for myself that is calm and soothing, healing and peaceful, to my mind, my body, and my nervous system. It takes work like anything else, and you need to practice. But Beatrice has a way of guiding you and soothing you that is just magnificent. Do not hesitate to try out a class or private session. You'll be so glad you did.
