I have been going to Physical Therapy for 6 months with little improvement. They have been great and has switched up my routine into flexibility. I decided to check this place out. I signed up for a 50 minute evaluation with ChunShim. She did a complete evaluation and all I can say is this woman was amazing!!! I also attended a Tai Chi class with Mary Jo, which was great! The movements along with the breathing have helped! Never really believed this non traditional treatment. I have just began but I feel better after attending a session with ChunShim and the classes! Try it, you have nothing to loose!

I always feel better after taking a class no matter what was going on with my body or emotions when I walked in. After 1.5 years of regular classes I’m so much healthier, slimmer, stronger and happier. I’ve seen so many members with all kinds of health issues get healthier too…it has been amazing to watch and learn how much the yoga and energy practices can help. I’d recommend it to anyone!

I started taking classes, and my multiple sclerosis has gone quiet. Classes have also helped me to hone and strengthen my life's purpose, and the instructors offer genuine and loving support.
