Monica shares helpful advice that has helped me with my form. She has a seemingly endless amount of equipment and workouts - you'll never be bored! When the weather is nice, there is a private courtyard for group workouts. Plenty of parking and very accessible from South Walnut Street.

I love the flexibility of the classes. You don't pay a monthly fee and have to go so many times to make it work your monthly membership fee or to stay in program. You can pay for single class or pay for a small session of classes of your choosing. Six class card, or ten or 12. Depending how many times you want to go that session, which is usually a month or two.
