February 12 · Mak CIf Buffalo has an exclusive private gym, Black Belt Body is the one. I have been a member of this gym since their new locations opening. The owner Heather is super friendly and overall very friendly environment.Recently the gym has been lacking maintenance, floor mats coming off, mirrors broken, some machines are not mounted to the ground properly, members bringing in freebies.Hoped these will all be addressed and BBB remains the best gym Buffalo area has to offer!

At BBB, you will never do the same workout twice. Heather’s workouts are very creative & challenging. She walks you through every exercise and gives individual attention throughout the entire session. Heather knows how to push you to your limit but doesn’t overdo it. BBB is more than just a gym. It’s a positive atmosphere where everyone is supportive & trying to better themselves. Come ready to work!!!

In the short time I’ve been there, I’ve seen my body composition start to change. It’s so exciting to experience and the best feeling!! Heather is encouraging and pushes you to be your best. Heather always comes up with the most unique ways to train different muscle groups and I always leave her training sessions sore. On top of that, the training she offers is so affordable and the quality you receive is amazing. She has created such a welcoming atmosphere and judgement free zone. I am by no means the strongest person there or the most fit, but every person that trains there makes you feel welcome 15/10 would recommend!
