He listens to your goals and I've already seen improvement. I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a trainer or just a gym to work out in.

August 20 · Rob WeaverNo membership is technically required to work out here. $5 fee to workout for the day💪Bigger than it looks, it's a Long building though it's dedicated parking isn't very big. Plenty of equipment to use however and bottles of disinfectant to clean equipment with. A few lockers to place personnel belongings and even a fridge with bottles of water($1). Lots of big fans running 24/7(nice). They have a small punching bag🥊

July 11 · Joshua LillieI started training with Cade because I've had some experience with lifting but I continued to hurt myself, and wasn't sure if I was pushing myself hard enough to see results. I've been struggling for about 8 years. I was nervous about lifting at a gym and nervous about being with a trainer. However, Cade is super easy to get along with and does a really good job making you feel like you belong. He's actually qualified, and has such a good understanding of how the body works that he's able to explain to me why my knees hurt and worked on a plan to address the issues I'm having. 10/10 I have never been so glad I did something.
