It helped me lose weight and get the results I wanted in time for my wedding! I know every time I go, I will get a really challenging work out whether it be running oriented in the outdoor class or doing tabata like circuits inside. The other members are very athletic and help push me to work harder. John Wayman, the instructor, is fun and helps push us to do our best. He is also very understanding and has refunded me classes I had to cancel last minute. Highly, highly recommend this boot camp!
