But Susan and the other students welcomed me and immediately made me feel comfortable. Susan had adapted the experience to fit my beginner level and offered choices to more experienced practitioners that ate in the same classes I’ve attended. I’ve been in poses that I know my body has never been in but what a revelation that I CAN do it! This is a fascinating journey and I’m very glad I’ve found this studio!
