Reba, Kenny, and Stephen are all amazing and qualified coaches that really care about each of their members. They are aware of any injuries or concerns you may have & are there to help you workout safely, and they always provide alternative movements too. The atmosphere is so fun and welcoming, which can be hard to find in a gym setting. I used to look for a ‘quick fix’ or have an ‘all or nothing’ mindset with going to the gym, but that has changed since joining Battleground.

The workouts are challenging but the instruction makes anything scalable to fit your needs. The workout starts with a proper warm up that I think really lacks in other gym settings. The coaches are incredibly motivating and the class size really helps to make sure everyone is getting the attention they need. The other members are so welcoming, and it’s really nice to quickly become apart of their community. I would encourage anyone in the area to try Battleground.
October 10 · Amber LynI have been a member at BGF since Reba opened her doors. It is the best place to workout in the area, hands down. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to physical fitness. Reba is also one of the nicest people I've ever met. The gym is clean and not intimidating. Reba wants everyone to feel welcome. I brought my sister in law for a free class to see if she would like it, and she was never hounded or pressured into buying a membership, unlike all of the other group fitness businesses in the area.Everyone at the gym is fun to be around and super supportive. Stephen and Kenny are the other two trainers and they are incredible. You will have lots of laughs in their classes! Come here if you want to get in shape and also make great relationships with people in the fitness community.
