Every instructor has their own style and personality that keeps things exciting and new. I’ve never found an exercise that I have stuck with this long. It is truly a testament to the practice itself, as well as the community. My body continues to feel strong, and challenged every time I take a class. All of the instructors are great, and I love how there are early morning, mid-morning, and lunch hour classes (I am not much for working out in the evenings). The routines change frequently enough to keep my attention and everyone has been very nice. I also love when they offer special events such as sound baths. Highly recommend!

Three months post shoulder surgery I was given the OK to start working out.I tried another type of class for a month and although I really enjoyed it, the class times didn’t work well with my schedule. I started a search for a studio near work, with early morning classes and plenty of options to modify, as needed, for my shoulder recovery. Barre3 seemed like a perfect fit. I’d never taken a Barre class before but I had a feeling I would really enjoy it so I signed up for the 2 week unlimited membership.I fell in love after my first class. The studio is beautiful. Everyone from the front desk staff to the several instructors I’ve taken so far, are top notch. The class is challenging but I’m able to easily modify and I feel so amazing after every workout. The livestream option allows me to squeeze in an extra class from home and the added value of Barre3 online on-demand is a game changer.After 14 classes (10 studio and 4 on-demand), I feel stronger and I can see a difference in my body. Just for fun, I decided to take measurements after my 14th class. I’ve lost 1/2” from my upper thigh and my waist and gained 1/2” on my calves.I’m fully committed to my Barre3 journey and I can’t wait to see the changes in my body and mind.

I have never felt pressured to complete a full expression of a posture/move and have always been given modifications. This is probably the safest space to begin your fitness journey if you are looking for an inclusive, loving community! This studio is a bit farther for me, but it is worth the extra drive! I enjoy taking each instructor's classes as each of them have a different teaching style. I appreciate having the option between a strength-based or a classic/signature-based format to choose from. I always feel strong after each class even on my worst days.
