She incorporates HIIT intervals in some of the classes which forces me to get that much needed cardio in and there are stretchy classes for when I’m feeling less energetic - but no matter what you’ll always get that core workout you’re looking for in a Pilates class. She also rotates exercises and poses to keep the classes effective and engaging. Erin always consults with me about my specific needs and even plays specially curated playlists during the workouts to keep it 🔥🔥🔥. Y’all gotta try these classes! It’ll change your life!!
